Our store assumes custody and management of clothing items only, and the following items cannot be deposited. Chapter5Article: Restrictions and Refusal of Use
Our company may refuse the use of this service if the user falls under any of the following categories.

Our responsibility for the user's baggage arises when the user deposits the baggage and ends when we hand the baggage over to the user.

When using this service, you agree to follow the instructions of our employees and the notices posted in the store. Terms and Conditions
①The material paint of the luggage compartment may adhere to the luggage and cause color transfer.
Items that are likely to transfer color should be protected with a plastic bag or similar at the user's responsibility.
② The luggage deposited by users is frequently moved within the store, and our employees assume that the contents are only clothing. Therefore, the luggage may be subjected to impact, and during the storage period, the contents may be damaged or deformed while in storage.
③ When our employees assist with dressing or undressing, electronic devices inside the clothing may fall and be damaged.
④ Delay in service provision due to congestion or any other reason, resulting in being late for restaurant reservations, sightseeing, or other plans.
⑤ Our products are those displayed in stores, and even if you specify the size, pattern, etc. of the product in advance by phone or email, and our staff promises that the item is in stock or reserved, the specified item may not be available on the service provision date.
⑥ Except for those for which a separate quotation has been submitted, even if the price is communicated over the phone or other means, the price listed on the website shall take precedence, and any disadvantage to the user caused by verbal miscommunication shall not occur.
⑦ The user agrees that luggage is stored in places where an unspecified large number of people come and go, and items that were deposited may be lost./Theft. Especially valuables and gifts that cannot be compensated by our company with monetary compensation must be managed by the customer themselves, and no compensation will be provided.
⑧The clothing rented by our company is rented to an unspecified large number of customers, and if our company performs cleaning within a reasonable scope, we do not take responsibility for skin irritation, rashes, infections, or similar conditions.
Additionally, we perform cleaning of clothing using commercially available detergents (including industrial use), alcohol, and disinfectant deodorants. We agree that any skin irritation, rash, or infection resulting despite these cleaning methods shall not be attributed to any fault of our company.
In addition, rental items are provided as the actual products available in the store, and our company is not responsible for any damage after departure. It is the user's responsibility to check the actual product for any damage or defects.
⑨ Even if electronic devices are damaged due to reasons attributable to our company and compensation liability arises, the scope of responsibility shall be limited to the value of the electronic device itself or the separately stipulated compensation limit, and no compensation will be provided for the value of electronic records such as photos or data.
⑩ Regarding falls outside the store, since factors such as road conditions and the way the user walks also have an impact, our store assumes no responsibility whatsoever.
⑪ The store shall not be held responsible for any falls, burns, or other injuries within the premises if the posted notices or employee instructions are not followed. Users agree that the company shall bear no responsibility even if the user falls and gets injured.

Also, if you wish to use your own kimono or hair accessories, or request kimono dressing or styling that our company does not normally perform, or sets/dressing that require extended time for the procedure, the staff may refuse the requested hair styling or kimono dressing at their discretion.
㉑ Our company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any disarrangement of kimono dressing or hair styling after departure.
㉒ In cases where luggage is lost due to users mistakenly exchanging clothes or shoes with each other. In addition, luggage shall be managed under the responsibility of the user.
㉓ Users are responsible for coming to the store in person to retrieve any forgotten items, and items will not be mailed.
㉔ Users are responsible for checking rental items for dirt or damage themselves, and the products displayed in the store are considered the items for rental. It is confirmed in advance that there was the freedom not to rent items that are dirty or damaged. Furthermore, even if an employee fails to notice dirt or damage and proceeds with dressing, and the user notices the dirt or damage after the service has been provided, the company assumes no responsibility for any disadvantages arising from this.

The governing law of these terms and conditions shall be based on Japanese law, and the court having jurisdiction over the location of our company's head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
